Lantian Jieling Expansion Joint Co., Ltd. is a privatized
Hi-tech enterprise integrating research, manufacture and
sales. We are one of the largest manufacturer of non-metal
expansion joint in China. Our main products are expansion
joint, rubber flexible joint, bag filter dust collector,
glass/ceramic fiber sealing material, composite material
manhole cover and other non-metal products indispensable
for energy, chemical, metallurgy, construction industries.s

Now we have 80 employees, including 20
mid- or high-class professionals. We have 10 million yuan
of fixed assets and a total area of 50 mu, including 5,000
m2 construction area.
Since 1980s, We have developed several products with
independent intellectual property based upon learning
of equivalent foreign products, eg. non-metal expansion
joint (application No. CN 91223696.5) working at under
400oC, high temperature non-metal expansion joint (application
No. CN 91223696.5) working at 400-1000oC, and ultra high
temperature non-metal expansion joint (application No.
CN 95208626.3, 01230942.7) working at 1000-1500oC. |

The above products passed evaluation in
1992 and 1995 by the related authorities in Zhejiang province.
They were awarded two 3rd prizes of " Advancement
in Science & Technology of Zhejiang Province ",
and two 1st prizes of "Science & Technology Achievement
of Zhuji City". Other titles include 93' and 96'
" State Level New Product ", gold medal in 93'
" China New Product & New Technology Expo ",
gold medal in the 98' national " Spark Cup Invention
Competition ". These products are recommended to
EU market by CCPIT ( China Council for the Promotion of
International Trade ) and Association Technologies Nouvelle
de France. We were ISO9000-2000 certified, and currently
we are actively applying for ISO9002 through DNV ( Det
Norske Veritas, Norway ) Ship Classification Society.
Our Flexible expansion joint is comparable with
equivalent products in the world market. It is capable
of all-around compensation, shock/noise absorbing and
does not cause recoil. It is resistant to pressure, heat,
corrosion and is easy to install. The product has been
sold to over 20 provinces in China, and other countries,
eg. Canada, Pakistan, Indonesia, Iran, Thailand, India
and more. It is now well functioning in 600 MW power plants,
eg. Yuanbaoshan Power Plant, Hasan Power Plant, and 300MW
power plants, eg. Zhujiang Power Plant, Zhanjiang Power
Plant, Dalad Power Plant, YangQuan Power Plant, Taizhou
Power Plant, Anshun Power Plant, Hengshui Power Plant,
Kegang Power Plant, Baoji Power Plant, and a hundred of
small power plants. It can be used in recycling fluidized
bed boiler and piping engineering in industries like petrochemical,
concrete, paper, civil engineering etc.
We are the only one company who can provide non-metal
expansion joint with patent technology, capable of working
from room temperature to 1500oC. We use high quality materials
and special techniques in the manufacturing. The working
life of our products are 7~8 and 3~5 years for types below
and above IV, respectively.
We also provide post sales services for the customers
to help solving problems in installation, maintenance,
repair etc. |
